Robin Abrams-Tolden is an educational consultant with a passion for youth and a desire to motivate students to achieve their goals and to make an impact in their communities. She has been a teacher, a youth director, a mentor, a facilitator and a trainer for over 20 years.

Robin specializes in service learning and is the author of Let’s Do This! A Quick and Easy Guide to Service Learning. She is available for staff development training, youth leadership development workshops, and service learning consulting.

EXPERIENCE
Regional Coordinator of the Teen Outreach Program at the Florida Department of Health.
Robin coordinated the Teen Pregnancy Prevention program in 11 counties in Northwest Florida. She provided resources, technical assistance, and training to the 16 facilitators in 23 high schools in the region in order to help students develop life skills and healthy behaviors. Assisted over 1,500 high school students across the region with the planning and implementation of several community service learning projects to develop critical thinking skills and sense of purpose.

Before moving to Florida, Robin designed and coordinated the educational and recreational youth programs for students ages 5-18. She assisted high school students with college and career goals by organizing job fairs, locating summer internships, and facilitating life skills workshops.

Robin loves the beach, photography, dancing and Pinterest. She currently resides in Northwest Florida with her husband, Dimitri Tolden, and their very, fat cat, TeeTee.
